One thing that can be hard for certain adult is avoid color foods. These food should be avoided, which can be a hard thing to do.

A lthough, you mai be surpris when you go through a cook book and see all the food that don't requir coloring. Thi is good if you'r want to stai on the same diet.

Normal you can tell whether or not you'r sensit to food that involv color as a child. Sometim though it doesn't show up till later becaus of chang in your body.

Mani adult think that have NutraSweet is ok, but realli it not. You should avoid ani food that contain this.

You can replac NutraSweet with Splenda or Stevia.

A void ani process meats

Mani peopl enjoi eat hotdogs, but on your diet you should avoid this, not even as a treat onc in awhile.

Some favorit process meat includ : bacon, salami, sausag and ham.

Do keep in mind that there ar alternatives, such as meat with leaner cuts, just as long as thei don't contain chemicals. Avoid us a lot of oil when cooking. Learn either to bake or broil your foods.

Do make sure that you look at the chemic on the package. If there ar some list then don't bui it.

Cut back on ani fri foods

Fri food ar also someth everybodi loves. Thi is someth you need to cut back on, you can have some occasionally, but you should try to avoid them.

There ar a lot of other realli great food out there that you can still have to substitut the bad ones.

Support groups

Lot of adult have question about diet for ADHD. Whatev the question are, you should talk either to your doctor or therapist. Thei will be happi to help and walk you through it.
